CHA Health provides healthcare bill auditing, financial advocacy, and related services.We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are strictly limited to the financial and administrative aspects of healthcare.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using CHA Health, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You provide accurate, current, and complete information, including insurance and billing details.
  • You authorize us to access your health data (via insurance portals or uploads) strictly for the purpose of auditing and advocacy.

5. No Guarantee of Savings

While we strive to identify errors and reduce costs, CHA Health makes no guarantee that our services will result in a specific amount of savings or refunds. Outcomes depend on carrier policies, provider billing practices, and regulatory frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHA Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including ensuring access to care or medical outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our service.

  • Health & Financial Information: Insurance policy details, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), medical bills, and payment history.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our website and application.

We use your data solely to:

  • Audit medical bills for errors and overcharges.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and providers on your behalf.
  • Provide customer support and service updates.
  • Improve our AI auditing algorithms (using de-identified, aggregated data only).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only:

  • To Providers & Payers: As necessary to dispute bills and verify coverage.
  • To Your Employer/TPA: If you receive CHA Health as an employment benefit, we may share aggregate savings reports, but individual health data remains confidential unless you explicitly authorize disclosure.
  • For Legal Reasons: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and in transit. Our systems are designed to be HIPAA-compliant to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your Protected Health Information (PHI).
